At ibreathe.co.uk, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and faulty products. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Age Restriction
We sell vaping products only to customers aged 18 years and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel orders where age verification cannot be completed.
Your Right to Cancel
If you have purchased products online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Products Excluded from Cancellation
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items if they have been opened, used, or unsealed:
- E-liquids and nicotine-containing products
- Pods and cartridges
- Coils and atomiser heads
- Drip tips and mouthpieces
- Any sealed vaping product where the seal has been broken after delivery
These exclusions are in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a non-faulty item, it must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components
- Be returned within the applicable cancellation period
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- You may be entitled to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

We will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days, although your payment provider may take longer to make funds available.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
