At iBreathe, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible using trusted UK courier services.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed during our standard working hours:

Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day
  • Orders placed on a Friday after 2:00pm will be dispatched on Monday
  • Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on Monday
  • We do not process or dispatch orders on UK public holidays

Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days
  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

  • We use trusted UK delivery services such as Royal Mail and other courier partners
  • Delivery delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays, and promotional events
  • During these periods, courier networks may experience increased demand which is outside our control

Delivery Information
